Returns

We understand at Exis Sports Co. that our customer’s satisfaction is crucial to the success of our business. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the bat must be unused, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@exissports.com and provide your order details/number. Our team will guide you through the return process and issue exchange instructions.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For bat customization requests, kindly note that personalized or engraved bats are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Exis Sports Company reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned product and may refuse a return or apply a partial refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts.

Exchanges and Warranty

We offer a 1 year, one-time warranty on all our FG Series bats, to assure you of their quality and workmanship. If your bat breaks within our warranty window, contact our customer support team at sales@exissports.com within 10 days of noticing the issue, and provide your original order number/retail receipt/details, and a clear description or photo of the damage/defect. We will promptly verify the damage/defect and process the exchange within 3 business days of receiving information about your bat. You will receive a replacement bat of the same model and specifications as your original purchase. Warranty claims are reviewed at the sole discretion of Exis Sports Company and may be denied in cases of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent use of the policy.

PRO Models are not covered under any warranty but may be exchanged if there is a defect or issue on our part.

** All bats eligible for a warranty must be purchased from exissports.com or an authorized retailer. Please note that the standard warranty covers bats used under standard playing conditions and excludes misuse, abuse, or unauthorized alterations. Additionally, any modifications to the bat by you or a third party will void the warranty.**
