Products, Content, and Specifications

The weights, measures and descriptions of the products are approximate and are provided for convenience purpose. Exis Sports Company will make reasonable efforts to accurately display the color scheme, measurements, shape, and texture of the products. Exis Sports Company holds no responsibility to monitor its’ product users to obey all applicable local,state, federal, and international laws. 

Shipping

When an order is placed through the online portal, the item will be processed and shipped to an address designated by the purchaser. If the address is valid, the purchase will be tied to a shipment contract. Risk or loss of items purchases are not the responsibility of Exis Sports Company, but rather between the purchaser and the carrier. The purchaser will be responsible to file claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Accuracy of Information

We ensure that information posted on our website is as up-to-date as possible. We realize, however, that there may be mistakes which we are unable to catch. For example, and item which is out of stock, or on sale, was unable to be updated on our website. In these cases, we ask you to reach out to us at sales@exissports.com to resolve the issues. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer. 

Laws and Jurisdiction

Exis Sports Company will follow the jurisdictions set by the State of Washington, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Exis Sports Co. will use these Terms and Conditions as a resource to communicate any conflicts which our customers have with us.

Returns

We understand at Exis Sports Co. that our customer’s satisfaction is crucial to the success of our business. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the bat must be unused, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@exissports.com and provide your order details/number. Our team will guide you through the return process and issue exchange instructions.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For bat customization requests, kindly note that personalized or engraved bats are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Exis Sports Company reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned product and may refuse a return or apply a partial refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts.

Exchanges

We offer a 180-day, no questions asked, warranty on all our FG Series bats, and a 90-day standard warranty* on all of our Pro Series bats to assure you of their quality and workmanship. If you bat breaks within our warranty window, contact our customer support team at sales@exissports.com within 10 days of noticing the issue, and provide your original order number/ retail receipt/ details, and a clear description or photo of the damage/defect. We will promptly verify the damage/defect and process the exchange within 3 business days of receiving information about your bat. You'll receive a replacement bat of the same model and specifications as your original purchase. **Please note that the standard warranty covers bats used under standard playing conditions and excludes misuse, abuse, or unauthorized alterations. Additionally, any modifications to the bat by you or a third party will void the warranty.**
