Shipping

When a order is placed through the online portal, the item will be processed and shipped to an address designated by the purchaser. If the address is valid, the purchase will be tied to a shipment contract. Risk or loss of items purchases are not the responsibility of Exis Sports Company, but rather between the purchaser and the carrier. The purchaser will be responsible to file claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
